1. About Us

Clocktower Pizza is a takeaway and delivery service located at Clocktower Pizza, Seapark, Kinloss, Forres, IV36 3TT.

2. Your Order and Contract

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you confirmation (via email or SMS) that your order has been accepted and is being prepared.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order and must provide accurate information at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices may change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party provider Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Delivery charges (where applicable) are shown clearly before you complete your order.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary due to demand, weather, or traffic. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.

For collection orders, please collect your food at the agreed time.

5. Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds

Once your order has been confirmed and payment taken, cancellations are not normally possible as preparation may have started.

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfil your order or if the food is of unsatisfactory quality. Change of mind refunds are not available.

Any complaints must be made promptly (within 30 minutes of delivery/collection) with supporting evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clocktower Pizza will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order you placed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (force majeure).

7. Changes to Our Service or Terms

We may update these Terms of Service or our menu/prices at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland.
